The domain, the-spacemonkey.net was registered on 22nd October 2002 and was the very first domain I ever owned. It's currently registered at Namecheap and hosted with my other sites at Surpass Hosting.
In it's long life, TSN has been many things, including a personal blog, fanlistings collective and more recently my domain collective. The name itself comes from a one-time nickname used for the character Daniel Jackson in Stargate SG-1. A friend and I were into SG-1 in a big way at the time and out of the many possible choices for a first domain name, TSN eventually won out. Granted it only took me until April of the following year to register my 2nd, but the domain's become one with such fond memories that I doubt I'll ever let it expire.
